We are a home services business seeking self-motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and acquire new customers for our pest control business.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of our services and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer retention rates
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
- Continuously seek out new sales opportunities in assigned territories
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings and sales techniques
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records and sales reports
Requirements:
- Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve sales goals
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
