The Division of Child Life and Integrative Care at Cincinnati Children’s is committed to the practice of family-centered care by promoting play, education, developmental and psychosocial support. We are an integral part of the health care team who can support the child’s outpatient visit and inpatient stay. We are hiring a Child Life Specialist for the Liberty Campus. This position will float to all outpatient clinics at Liberty.
Schedule : 36 hours per week on Days. Current schedule is Tuesday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM and every other Monday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Open to negotiating schedule if someone wants to work 5 days per week, less hours per day.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· Completion of child life internship under the supervision of a certified Child Life Specialist.
· Child Life Specialists Certification within one year of hire.
· Candidates with past Child Life experience highly desired.
Pay: $23.03-28.06/hour plus
Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required: ·Bachelor's degree in a related field
· 0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
·Completion of child life internship under the supervision of a certified CLS
·CCLS within one year of hire
