You'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring that our studio not only meets its sales targets but also provides an exceptional experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Drive Membership Sales, Lead Generation, and Member Retention.
• Strategically manage and grow all revenue streams: Memberships, Retail, and Teacher Training.
• Excel in Studio Budget Management, spending, and reporting.
• Craft and implement an ongoing marketing strategy, focusing on client acquisition, activation, retention, and loyalty.
• Foster Grassroots Marketing partnerships to boost new guest traffic.
• Collaborate closely with the Studio Owner to ensure studios health and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team.
• Oversee studio maintenance, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Manage studios social media presence.
Ideal Candidate: • Possesses 2+ years of fitness sales experience.
• Demonstrates a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Experienced in leading and supervising teams successfully.
• Skilled in generating personal sales and guiding Wellness Advisors.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in data management.
