Working as an EMT at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center you will:
• Aid in transporting patients to/from the medical center
• Independently assess department/patient needs and respond within the EMT scope of practice
• Assure crew, family, and patients adhere to safety requirements while in a moving vehicle
• Report changes in patient’s condition to nursing staff
• Comply with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications
Required:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Current Ohio EMT-Basic or equivalent certification at time of hire
• Obtain Kentucky EMT-Basic certificate within 6 months of hire
• Obtain National Registered EMT within 6 months of hire
• 1 year of work experience in a related job discipline
• Current driver's license & good driving record must be maintained; points not to exceed 5
• Current CPR Certification
