Responsible for everything that happens during your shift. That includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, service goals and customer relation. You must set the example. You must follow all policy and procedure's 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
In addition: Staffing paperwork, cost control, food management, work a fixable schedule, prefect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, Transportation to and from work , store cleanliness, and marketing.
