Fulfills responsibilities by exceeding and or meeting established goals.Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer supportPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaAssist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and proceduresApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersRequired Qualifications, US:4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Fraud Detection experience in check negotiationStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to execute actions in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managersAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to make complex decisionsAbility to adjust and adapt to changeKnowledge and understanding of bank systems including knowledge of HoganJob Expectations:This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement40 hours per week Monday - Friday the earliest start time is 5:00am -1:30pm ET.
