Full-Time Job Details Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Quality Control Supervisor will administer the quality assurance/quality control program which ensures product integrity and compliance with all product specifications, requirements and Revlon/Elizabeth Arden procedures.  This position will coordinate the activities of QA/QC personnel, monitor their effectiveness in providing the required control, and assist when necessary regarding critical quality decisions.  The Supervisor must be able to motivate and influence employees to achieve organizational goals, communicate those goals and monitor the activities of all assigned employees. This position will also oversee that all employees are operating in a safe manner. The Supervisor will provide Quality Control support to all phases of the Salem facility operation to assure compliance to Revlon/Elizabeth Arden standards and procedures. Skills / Competencies: ·         Bachelors degree, or relevant experience in QA/QC or supervision. ·         Minimum Years Experience Required:  1 Year ·         Thorough knowledge of quality systems and procedures in a cGMP facility, including industry regulations, cosmetic manufacturing and controls. ·         Basic knowledge of assembly manufacturing methods ·         Ability to interpret standard operating procedures and technical specifications. ·         Ability to work both independently and as a team member. ·         Strong attention to detail and communication skills ·         Must display leadership abilities to positively influence colleagues. ·         Strong commitment to the quality organization ·         Must be able to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as climb a ladder and/or steps. ·         Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and second shift as needed ·         Typical hours: 1st shift 9:00am-5:30pm   Qualifications
