Nurse (LPN)
Location: Mt. Orab office, 710 N High St, Mt. Orab, OH 45154
Hours: Part-time (10 hours, 2 days (5 hours each)
License Required: LPN
Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist with psychiatric service in outpatient setting. Supports and serves as liaison for prescribing staff, takes vital signs, completes prior authorizations and provides patient medication education
