Job Description: The Preventive Maintenance Technician will work with a Journeyman / Master Service Technician to assist in implementing scheduled and planned preventive maintenance for equipment and machinery on the VMI Campus.
Responsibilities and Duties

Preventive maintenance on the following equipment: HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, and Heat Recovery.
What you’ll be working on:
* Assist in preventive maintenance of the following equipment: HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, and Heat Recovery.
* Work as part of a team and use materials safely.
* Build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and managers.
* Other duties as assigned.
