As a Regional Vice President, you are responsible for the strategy and day-to-day operations of DR&A Programs in the assigned region. This person should demonstrate experience in managing key functions in a recovery housing, behavioral health outpatient system, staff professional development, marketing and growth initiatives, state and accreditation compliance, finance management, utilization and admission flow. Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP) Discounted tuition and scholarships through Capella University Requirements: Masters Degree (MBA Preferred) 8-10 years of experience with supervision and/or management SUD/Mental health field. Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes. 75% travel in the field supporting clinic and regional operations, or more as needed is expected for this role. Some overnight and out-of-state travel is expected. Preferred MBA Responsibilities: Adhere to company standards of conduct as delineated in the Pinnacle Treatment Center Corporate Code of Ethics. Assures compliance of the program with JCAHO, CARF, Division of Addictions, Federal, State and County Standards to include confidential regulations in accordance with state and federal laws. Complete quarterly site inspection reports Continue to develop the downstream continuum of care strategy to include appropriate stepdown into Residential, PHP/IOP services. Achieve regional financial results to meet operations budget. Directly communicate with the Chief Operating Officer and administrative staff and follow up with periodic updates to address immediate concerns and approval of all administrative decisions that affect personnel and the program.
