With over 1,000 employees in the Americas, we are moving forward with technology to solve our customers’ electrical power needs for both prime and backup generation needs as the industry’s leading manufacturer.Job DescriptionProvide overall leadership and direction to the organization by ensuring the safe and efficient performance of the facilities, employees and operations through the implementation of manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Nidec’s / EPGA’s strategic objectives.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Provide a safe and environmentally sound production facility for the company and its employeesEncourage and lead the continued implementation and development of participatory management and employee involvement within the facilityWork with staff / employees on a continuous basis to develop, refine and promote improvement of individual / team capabilities and interpersonal skillsManage the efforts of plant staff, directly and indirectly, to provide leadership to functional areas on a day-to-day basis.
