We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual Patient Access Representative to join our team in Roanoke, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, as well as ensuring accurate and timely registration and scheduling of appointments.

New Horizons Healthcare is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Roanoke, Virginia that provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental care, and pharmacy services for almost 10,000 patients annually. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
Accurately and efficiently register patients and schedule appointments
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
Collect and process payments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
Additional Information
