Job Description
EvolutionHR is currently looking for a Claims Support Call Center Agent in Roanoke, VA. The Claims Support Call Agent will be responsible for communicating with external clients and providers to deliver a high level of client service. The Claims Support Call Agent will also be responsible for managing incoming calls and identifying customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Claims Support Call Agent
* Answer a multi-line phone as the first point of contact for all claim related calls
* Keep records of client and provider interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and providers at all times
* Work collectively with all staff to promote a positive work environment
Additional Information
Qualifications of the Claims Support Call Agent * Bachelors Degree REQUIRED * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client support OR Insurance/ Medical claims handling preferred. Experience in an administrative support role required. * Knowledge of WC and medical billing and terminology preferred * Strong computer skills and the ability to work within a Windows operating system required * Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously * Possess public communication skills that project a professional representation of the Company to a variety of business, government and community clients and associates * Nicotine free facility * Must pass drug screen and background requirements Compensation and benefits of the Claims Support Call Agent * Hourly Rate: $15.50 * Climate-controlled, well-lit office setting with moderate noise level * Paid Traning! * Medical and dental benefits offered while on contract * Excellent Long-term career growth opportunities * Opportunity to be hired on by the Client after contract #INDS2
