AmeriStaff is currently seeking an experienced Order Management Coordinator to fill an opening with a furniture manufacturer in Martinsville, VA. This company is in its 98th year of business and is ranked among the nation's largest publicly traded furniture sources. This position is a member of a team and is a great opportunity to learn about the industry and engage with team members, sales representatives, and customers.
Benefits of the Order Management Coordinator: • Monday-Friday.
• 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Pay: $15.00 per hour.
Requirements of the Order Management Coordinator:
• 3-5 years of order entry experience.
• CE experience or similar program.
• High level of accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the products you represent through company required training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills.
Responsibilities of the Order Management Coordinator:
• Manage incoming orders which can include physically entering orders of previewing, correcting, and releasing orders.
• Working with sales representatives and customers to ensure orders are created correctly and allow for a positive customer experience.
• Stay in tune with product knowledge being best in class in your field.
• Processing orders quickly and accurately to maximize production times.
• Being present in the office 5 days a week for training once released from training there is a potential for the opportunity to work remote occasionally.
• All other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
Compensation and Hours
