Position Summary:
The Group Implementation Clerk is responsible for supporting the Group Implementation Specialists and Sales Representatives with development and delivery of Group Materials in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, the Group Implementation Clerk is also responsible for inputting group updates and terminations into the Claims/ Billing system. Answer all incoming calls received in Marketing Administration Department. The Group Implementation Clerk must have the ability to interact with internal and external customers in a confident and thorough manner. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy work environment is essential.
Essential Functions:
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Applications.
• Ability to follow established procedures with limited decision making.
• Create letters, forms and other material.
• Responds to telephone inquiries and routes callers to appropriate individuals.
• Performs tier 1 support to external customers related to website issues (e.g. log-in / password issues).  If unable to resolve issues, submit a ticket for IT or escalate to leadership team.
• Maintains Marketing Administration Department’s supply of inventory and organizes supply room.
• Performs routine changes to computerized database.
• Provides support to Group Implementation Specialists and Sales Representatives.
• Receives and processes mail.
• Maintains files.
• Makes photocopies.
• Assembles and mails Group Materials (renewal letters, pool fact sheets, enrollment materials, etc.) to internal and external customers.
• Inputs data into computer programs.
• Contacts Vendors to resolve equipment issues.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
• High school diploma.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Applications.
• Prior customer service and data entry experience.
• Ability to think and plan strategically for organizational success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The employee will be required to travel (sometimes long distances) to attend required meetings.
• Work environment: The work is limited to the office environment with occasional trips to other office facilities or locations necessitating walking outdoors or driving. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
