General Manager starting at $60,800-83,600+ a year!The General Manager (GM) is the Burger Authority of a single Red Robin Restaurant whether they are on or off the premises. The GM is responsible for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures. The GM embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and is responsible for all aspects of profit and loss, being the top dog of talent & training, daily execution of safety/sanitation, building maintenance, quality food preparation and a superhero for guests.
