Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare Controls' service time tickets for billing; ensure accuracy
• Generate purchase orders and work orders
• Review and verify time tickets to submit to Payroll
• Maintain liaison with other departments to ensure order completion
• Maintain service agreements, including billing
• Assist salesmen with preparation of contracts; continuously review construction jobs and generate billings in a timely manner
• Review collections accounts; work with salesmen/managers on tactful resolution
• Maintain spreadsheets, perform accurate data entry
• Provide customer service via telephone and email, assist with order placement, customer requests, and account reconciliation
• Verify data from vendor invoices, ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Additional Responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Requirements
• One year of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of office equipment and procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Preferred Skills
• Experience with billing and collections
• Comfortable with handling confidential information
