Your Opportunity: Precision Press, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team in North Mankato, MN! In this role, you will responsible for fully understanding our distributor's needs and working together to be a solution in our B2B market. This position is mainly focused on nurturing current accounts that do not have a Key Account Executive assigned, but also will include reaching out to find new contacts within the geographically assigned set of accounts. This role will also include supporting our Key Account Executives when they are traveling. Sales growth will be top of mind and creating a rapport within the accounts is crucial. Your Responsibilities: Managing the entire sales cycle from working with current customers to finding new clients within each accountUnearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnershipsDesigning, developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations on product benefitsPresenting products and ideas to distributors in such a way that they can sell to their clients (value-based selling)Setting and conducting annual account reviews with top customersBacking up assigned Key Account Executives when they are traveling; performing quotes, assisting with virtuals, or forwarding emails as needed to appropriate Account ManagersYou Must Have: 3+ years of Sales or Customer Service experienceStrong written, verbal and digital communication skillsGood organizational skillsStrong teamwork mindsetOutgoing personality – not afraid to make new acquaintancesAbility to drive initiatives – sensing what is next and pursuing without waiting for directionAbility to develop lasting professional relationships with customers and co-workersAbility to see a goal and do whatever is necessary to achieve itRobust presentation skillsAbility to be nurturing in nature – being willing and cheerful to handhold customers as neededAbility to travel occasionally We Would Also Prefer: Bachelor’s degree in Sales or MarketingPrevious sales involvement in a Business-to-Business (B2B) settingExperience in the promotional products industryAbout Taylor Corporation One of the top five graphics communications companies in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
