You'll be responsible for running equipment that produces personalized items such as signs, banners, decals and gifts for individuals and businesses alike.Your Responsibilities:Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and proceduresPerforms daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum outputPrepare inks for proper color and consistencyCheck paper for type, size, color and quantityCheck plates for correct formatVisually inspect forms throughout run for qualityCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updatesMaintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipmentYour Shift:Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 12:00amFriday 2:30pm to 6:00pmYou Must Have:Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerancesHigh degree of mathematical skills and attention to detailHigh degree of mechanical abilityGood reading abilityWe Would Also Prefer:High School Diploma/GEDMust have ability to work with very close tolerancesAbility to effectively communicate with team membersHigh degree of analytical skillsGood color discernmentRequirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials. Frequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)About Taylor CorporationOne of the top five graphics communications companies in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
