Compensation up to $35/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience).
Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
• Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Family education.
• Facility in services and education.
• Attend care planning conferences.
• Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
