Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Responsibilities
• Perform all functions of accounts payable
• Review invoices for coding
• Process invoices and check requests
• Initiate & verify vendor information
• Professional communication with Supply Chain Manager and plant personnel regarding purchase orders and receive-in’s
• Proper documentation of files
Job Requirements
• Minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe
• Experience in Dynamic AX preferred but not required
