Bookkeeper
• Full Time | 40 hours per week
• 8am – 4:30pm | Monday – Friday
• Pay depending on experience
• Contract to Hire or Direct Hire – Full time placement with the our client company from day 1 depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
• Handle invoices
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Handle monthly fuel and sales taxes
• Be able to communicate with accountant
• Be able to successfully reconcile end of the month financial reports
Qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Minimum of associate degree in accounting
OR
• Minimum of 3 years in accounting
• Able to multitask
• Detail Orientated
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with accounting software
