TriHealth is seeking an experienced Internal or Family Medicine Primary Care physician interested in delivering safe, reliable, high-quality care to employees of a large Fortune 500 company we partner with in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Wellness Center demonstrates how healthcare providers and businesses can work together to improve the health, wellness and convenience for a company’s greatest asset—its team members.
· 100% outpatient with your own panel (same day, in-house scheduling of most all patients)
· M-F, 8a to 5p, every 4th Saturday rotation (8a to 12p)

We are seeking an engaging provider who can quickly adapt to an ever changing environment. Attention  to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
This on-site, state-of-the art Wellness Center offers comprehensive care through enhanced access and patient engagement. The care model is organized around the patient, the patient’s family members (aged 16 and up) and TriHealth specialty physician referrals as needed. Convenient, customized occupational and primary care, wellness programs and prevention, and a full-service pharmacy along with other coordinated services are all under one roof—not dispersed throughout a community as is usually the case.
Center support staff will include a dynamic team of healthcare providers in the areas, not limited to, of:
· Primary Care · Nursing – dedicated APNs, RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants · Laboratory
· Occupational and Pre-Op physicals (Worker’s Comp certified)
· Pharmacy (vaccinations offered) · Physical Therapy
· Diabetes Health and Maintenance · Dermatology · Nutritional Counseling (Dieticians)
