Full-Time Job Details Description   POSITION OVERVIEW   The Distribution Analyst is responsible for working closely with the VP NA and Directors on key metrics that highlight the performance of operations. The analyst will work in both the office and warehouse environment collecting and interpreting the company’s performance statistics and other relevant data. This position will compile the information and rework it into charts, graphs, and workflows to help leadership teams better understand the data. The Distribution Analyst will maintain and improve KPI tracking for efficiency gains for the entire operation, Lean/5S program/reporting, and RPI (Revlon Performance Improvement), which is the labor management system. The Distribution Analyst will focus on data validation and conduct data analysis to identify key factors that could increase efficiency and reduce cost and track cost per unit ratio for labor and supplies. This position will also run and maintain Budget Tracking reports, charts, special projects, data compilation, records control, processes, and duties that entail sensitive and confidential material.        MAJOR DUTIES ·         Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities of improvement ·         Create detail operational reports for internal teams and/or external teams ·         Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data ·         Interpret gathered data for completeness and accuracy ·         Creativity to produce various types of graphs and other methods to visualize data ·         Structure large data sets to find usable information ·         Create presentations and reports based on collected data for various levels of management ·         Maintain numerous daily reports:  KPI reporting, Labor reporting, Daily Audit Results, Maintain 5S & recognition boards ·         Submit reports to relevant department heads and management ·         Gain insight on patterns and trends in the analyzed data ·         Streamline weekly and monthly reports for all distribution departments and other various reports as they are developed: ex. budget planning, cost savings, headcount, key labor metric, BOS10 etc. ·         Support the 5S Lean Program and the RPI Labor Management Program ·         Keep organized and neat filing systems as well as take notes in meetings when requested ·         Perform all other duties assigned by VP of North America Distribution or Director Distribution EXPERIENCE ·         1-3 years of progressive logistics experience required, preferably in a multi-divisional consumer goods public company. ·         1-3 years experience in data mining                                           KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Essential ·         Technical writing skills and exceptional verbal communication skills ·         Analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, interpret, manipulate, and analyze data ·         Reporting and data visualization skills ·         Excellent attention to details for high standard on work ·         Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning ·         Maintain confidential information and be a team player ·         Knowledge of Lean concept and 5S ·         Good understanding of budgeting and reporting ·         Proactive in decision making and attention to detail ·         Superior communication skills ·         Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  EDUCATION College Degree in Business preferred, Minimum High School Diploma Operation experience in Distribution Network such as: receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping KEY INTERFACES VP North America Distribution & Director Operation Managers – Customer Service, Distribution Planning, Receiving, Export, Order Fulfillment, Customization and Engineering Supervisors – throughout the Roanoke Operation                                                          Qualifications
