Qualifications: Behavior Technician (BT)
• Must be a Behavior Technician (BT) in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with individuals with autism.
• Ability to work effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities: Behavior Technician (BT)
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Assist in conducting assessments and skill acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
