Part-time position working towards full-time if the OT desires. The Occupational Therapists delivers services to assist children in developing increased independence and success in the areas of life and roles that are important to them. The occupational therapists at Academic Learning Services strive to utilize a child-centered treatment approach to help students and children improve their skills, level of independence, and sense of self, no matter their disability or diagnoses. The majority of students have Individualized Education Program (IEPs). The OT addresses and reports on the IEP goals and objectives. Student sessions are mostly 1:1 in a supportive and professional work environment
