Responsabilities:
• Develop and implement technical sales planning, strategy and direction focusing on growing both volume and profit in the segment.
• Work directly with company technical experts to facilitate product knowledge, promotion and field training.
• Perform hands on account management and support for existing and prospective customer utilizing direct one-to-one communication.
• Perform analysis of past and present sales data, trends, costs, estimated and actual revenue, administrative commitments and obligations incurred, in order to recommend strategic changes in products, service and policies.
• Work directly with direct and indirect sales force to ensure implementation of strategy and quota on selected accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing manager in the development of marketing and promotional strategies for new and existing segment products.
• Assist in the implementation and launch of new product lines to include project management and resource utilization.
• Work cross functionally to resolve customer issues and complaints in an effective and timely manner.
• Conduct customer audits and submit monthly reports detailing service problem areas, actions taken to resolve and recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other related duties that contribute to the success of the operation as assigned.
