General Contractor seeking:
+Superintendents/Lead Carpenters for work in both Residential and Commercial construction. Work area is Roanoke, Blacksburg and Smith Mountain Lake area. The Superintendent/Lead Carpenter must be able to manage the project that they're working on, as well as provide carpentry duties. This includes material take-offs, client relations, use of electronic devices and supervision of other workers and subcontractors. Supers & Leads must have a minimum of 5 years experience. Supers & Leads are issued a phone, a vehicle and 2 weeks paid vacation per year.
+Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers for work in both Residential and Commercial construction. Work area is Roanoke, Blacksburg and Smith Mountain Lake area. Carpenters must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Helpers must have a minimum 1 year. Carpenters and Helpers receive 1 week paid vacation per year. Retirement benefits, paid holidays, health & life insurance and training.
+Exteriors Contractor seeking experienced Window & Siding Carpenter for work in both Residential and Commercial construction. Work area is Roanoke, Blacksburg and Smith Mountain Lake area. Carpenter must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. This is an hourly position, not piece work. Carpenters receive 1 week paid vacation per year. Retirement benefits, paid holidays, health & life insurance and training.
