Central Health Management, Inc. is seeking qualified Nurses (RN or LPN) for a contract to permanent role. The initial assignment is for 12 weeks, at which time, based upon performance, you may receive an offer for a full time benefited position.
In the role you will provide in home and hospice/palliative care for patients who have chosen to continue their care outside of an established facility. Travel within the greater Roanoke, VA area is reimbursed and coverage for medical malpractice is provided.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
• An active LPN or RN license in Virginia or compact state in good standing
• An Associates or Bachelor's of Nursing
• Reliable transportation
• BLS; ACLS preferred
• New grads are accepted
• Ability to pass a standard background check; up-to-date on vaccinations for flu and tested within the past 12 months for TB
