Full job description
Seeking to fill a Field Service Technician position in the Roanoke, VA area. This position travels to customer sites to install, repair, and maintain office equipment (laser printers and copiers). Preferred candidate will have field service experience, maintaining, repairing, installing, and networking copiers or printers. Translatable Field Service experience working on electro-mechanical equipment, such as ATMs, hospital equipment, etc is also considered. Good written and verbal communication skills a must. Great career potential with a rapidly growing company. Training and development is a big part of this position as we focus on providing the best service in the industry. Need to be self motivated, professional, and work at a fast pace.
Vehilce reimbursement plan in place as travel to customer sites is a big part of the duties. Driving record without major infractions is a must. Training, tools, computer, company phone all provided by the employer. Salary dependent on experience including translatable service knowledge and experience.
