Full job description
Friendship is seeking an experienced Full Time Director of Admission and Marketing to join our Richfield Assisted Living Team. The Director of Admission and Marketing is responsible for all admission and marketing functions at Richfield Assisted Living facilities located in Salem, VA.
Qualifications:
• Strong administrative and computer skills required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in marketing research, project management, reporting research results, understanding the customer, process improvement and financial skills
• Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations collateral
• Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects
• Must be available to travel to meet residents, families and other communities
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from health care facilities, families, prospects and other members of the community; follows up timely with prospects
• Provides tours and information requested for individuals or groups
• Coordinates admissions process and paperwork
• Attain census goals, to include securing community fees, initiating and completing the admission and move-in process
• Maintain database of professional/medical contacts and community resources: coordinate internal marketing events and regularly communicate with referral sources; generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development
• Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted at community education
• Develop a measuring system for determining the success of each marketing program
