Objective : Pipestone Partnerships, a division of Pipestone Holdings, is looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded individual to join our growing finance team. This is a new position involved in not only projects the company is investing in, but also projects in which the company is leading capital raising efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities for investments for the company.
• Analyze investment opportunities and make recommendations to the CFO and President about whether to invest or not.
• Prepare financial analysis in support of the company’s due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with deal teams, accounting, finance, and legal during due diligence of projects.
• Prepare and review financial information to be included in subscription agreements for producer investment opportunities Pipestone is leading.
• Participate in negotiations with potential investors/investments and determine terms of the investment.
• Create, Aggregate, and validate analytics related to company investments.
• Model and summarize current and projected performance of investments for the CFO and President.
• Create quarterly and annual forecasts on investment performance.
• Provide “Buy/Sell/Hold” recommendations on existing investments to the CFO and President.
• Identify potential exit strategies for existing investments.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred but not required)
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or other relevant role.

Additional Requirements:
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work.
• Must be willing to attend early morning or evening meetings as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight to other Pipestone locations periodically.
