The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for managing the sales department for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Health Care. The scope of responsibilities includes all aspects of sales including phone calls, home visits, tours and ensuring overall occupancy meets and exceeds set goals. Experience with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) program is required as well as the having the ability to analyze data and metrics from the CRM. Also included in this role is working with the Home Office for marketing materials, advertising and public relations to ensure quality lead generation. Participates with the community leadership team to promote our mission to provide senior services that are guided by Christian values. Our staff values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR TRAINING:
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications desired.
• Two (2) years’ experience in marketing, sales, or related field desired.
