The Budd Group is looking for a seasoned leader to lead our team to success in Roanoke, VA for a prestigious customer in the area. Hours :  Monday- Friday (must be available over weekends as needed)
Location : Roanoke, VA
What You’ll Be Doing:
• The Operations Manager interviews, hires, and trains new employees.
• Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues.
• Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections
• Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies
• Purchases, issues and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition.
• Reviews employee’s time daily
• Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed.
• Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers an updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress. .
Required Experience:
• Management Experience of 3-5 years
• Event Management Experience - a plus but not required
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Self-starting and entrepreneurial attitude
• High emotional intelligence and a cultivator of an honest culture
