First Guardian Security Services, a Vector Authorized Dealer and one of the fastest growing security alarm companies in the U.S.A. is looking for an experienced Alarm Sales Manager to recruit, onboard and manage sales representatives and technicians! We pay and place ads for you to recruit sales representatives and technicians in your region. You can earn commissions and overrides starting at $15,000 a month and there is no limit! We are licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Texas and Florida. We will be licensed in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina within the next 30 days. We supply our sales representatives with new homeowner leads, marketing materials, shirts and training materials. We pay top commissions in the industry, offer same day and next day installations and pay the same day as the installation so it will be easy to recruit sales representatives and technicians! We also use Synchrony Financing which gives customers 24 months interest free to pay off extra equipment the sales representatives upsold them. This encourages the customer to spend money on extra equipment which greater protects their family and home and at the same time the makes the sales representative money on upselling in addition to their base commission which is another reason sales representatives will want to sell for First Guardian Security Services and easier for you to recruit them. You will get paid overrides on the same day of the installation!
