Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our restaurant operations and lead a team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, a deep understanding of restaurant management, and the ability to create a welcoming and memorable dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Leadership: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to company standards.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction by engaging with customers, addressing feedback, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through pricing strategies, upselling, and effective inventory management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Menu Oversight: Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain and enhance the restaurant menu, ensuring it reflects current trends, seasonal offerings, and guest preferences.
• Events and Special Occasions: Coordinate with event planners and clients for private dining events and special occasions, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement restaurant promotions and initiatives to drive traffic and revenue.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including supervisory roles.
• Requires knowledge of Food & Beverage systems (preferably Micros), bartending, and training in service standards, and a sound commitment to exceptional service.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
