Roanoke Valley Center for Sight is looking for dynamic individuals to grow with the company!
Responsibilities include making appointments, checking in patients, ensuring demographics, insurance, and financial information is correct, along with daily balancing. Keeping patients informed about their appointments and rescheduling appointments when a doctor’s schedule dictates necessary.

Requirements:
• In this position you must enjoy working with people, able to multi-task, read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures while demonstrating strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• Computer proficiency
Education:
• Graduation for an accredited High School or equivalent
• Course in medical terminology preferred
Experience:
• One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
