Position Description
ElectriCom, a Utility Construction company, was founded in 1960 in Paoli, Indiana. ElectriCom has experienced continuous growth since its inception. This position will primarily oversee a crew (typically 3-4 crew members) that reports directly to them. This position has direct responsibility for people, safety, project management and onsite client relations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Planning and initiating Projects within the Joint Trench work
• Maintaining a safe job site and assisting crews to ensure safety standards are being met.
• Establishing and enforcing OSHA and Customer Safety Requirements for crew.
• Applicants must have effective management and leadership skills with a willingness to share skills/knowledge with crew to develop individual members.
• Manage project plans and coordinate crew to meet deadlines.
• Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Applicant must be willing to travel out of town.

Position Requirements
• Prefer 10 years of previous experience in gas work
• Must have at least 5 years experience in buried gas experience
• Must be willing and able to train employees in plastic gas work
• Basic knowledge and use of computers is required
• Must be willing to travel if needed
