The role we are offering you:
By joining our sales team under supervision of the Director of Sales, North America, the Corporate Accounts Manager for Government Accounts must be able to create, cultivate, and close sales in Government sectors such as Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and any other Governmental agency deemed appropriate.
This role is accountable for results in terms of orders growth, revenue growth, pipeline generation, forecasting, strategic planning, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration across CAE Healthcare. The Corporate Accounts Manager for Government Accounts must be an aggressive hunter looking for opportunities to maximize their earning potential. Are you ready to:
• Achieve Orders and Revenue growth targets for Government Accounts.
• Create and update a Sales Business Plan to include strategy, tactics, and milestones as it relates to hitting goals set by the company.
• Achieve sales by providing services and product information and thorough demonstration of financial, clinical, and patient benefits.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Attend conferences, trade shows and networking events to promote CAE Healthcare's visibility and generate leads and sales.
• Thoroughly learn and maintain current knowledge of CAE Healthcare's products, services and competitors' landscape.
• Provide market feedback on products, competition and market conditions to Product Marketing.
• Coordinates the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
• Comply with sales policies, pricing guidelines, and best practices for CAE Healthcare's service offering.
• Become proficient in healthcare simulation industry in the pursuit of individual and corporate goal.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for co-workers, customers and prospects.
• Communicates effectively to senior management.
• Plan, organize, and manage the preparation of proposals, demos, and presentations to the customer.
• Develop and nurture long term relationships with military, and government personnel.
• Monitors and reports accurate sales forecast and execute tactical sales plans.
• Keeps current on legislation, and regulations affecting the VA, DOD, and other government agencies.
• Timely and accurate fulfillment of Sales Administration duties:
• Expense reporting within guidelines outlined in CAE Travel & Entertainment Policy.
• Reporting on conferences, trade shows and/or workshops.
• Orderly management of Company assets.
• Update customer data base via Salesforce.com.
REQUIREMENTS
• Live in region in Continental USA,
• University degree in business, life sciences or equivalent related degree/experience.
• Veteran with CAC card or military ID to access US Military bases (preferred)
• Minimum 5+ year's prior sales experience in medical simulation or medical device, or medical education field sales experience. (preferred)
• Work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Documented record of sales achievements in prior sales position.
• Proficient in demonstrating sophisticated products or technologies to all levels of medical industry.
• Proven ability to identify client's needs, communicate product benefits, while building lasting account relationships.
• Knowledge of Sales account management and account planning skills
• Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills.
• Possess an understanding of the customers purchasing process.
• Travel up to 70% in the assigned territory. This may include travel via car or plane.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a major CRM system.
