TWG Supply, a leading supplier of parts for baggage handling systems (BHS), ground support equipment (GSE), passenger boarding bridges (PBB), and airport facilities, is seeking a qualified Order Management Representative (OMR) at our Grapevine, TX warehouse location. The OMR partners with our sales and procurement team members to provide excellent customer service, offer exceptional sales support, and deliver detailed attention to all orders.
The OMR works within our order processing system, RequestOptix (ROX), and our sales and inventory management system, NetSuite, to manage orders efficiently and successfully. The OMR provides the attention to detail that each order requires and takes personal accountability for meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review all pending orders daily for challenges in processing and update the order information and ETA as appropriate.
· Provide regular communication to customers regarding order status.
· Take charge of customer problems, vendor errors, and shipping discrepancies by responding the same day with profitable solutions.
· Communicate and escalate order issues before problems occur.
· Review submitted orders for proper completeness, accuracy, delivery timeline, and acceptable margin.
· Alert accounting and sales representatives immediately if unable to process an order due to any issues in the logistic process.
· Contact vendor to confirm receipt of order, tracking # of shipment, and manage follow-up dates.
· Update the customer once the vendor provides the ship date, so the customer receives a notification.
· Update order with tracking #, including carrier.
· Properly schedule follow-up dates for special action orders (Critical) to ensure on-time shipment and expedite or escalate as applicable.
· Follow-up with customers to determine levels of satisfaction after each order has been received.
· Assist inside sales and procurement staff as needed.
Competencies:
· Professional, friendly, polite interaction with all Clients, Staff, and Vendors.
· Professional and customer-specific written communication (appropriate business etiquette typing abilities a must).
· Some distribution or supply chain experience preferred.
· Basic Microsoft Excel and computer experience.
· Professional and friendly phone voice.
· Ability to follow directions.

Education:
· High school or equivalent
