Currently seeking a full time maintenance technician for a large apartment community in Greenville to start immediately! Qualified candidates MUST have at least 2 years of building maintenance experience and be proficient in plumbing, electrical, locks and keys and drywall repair/painting. Qualified candidates must be able to work at least one weekend day, and be available to be on call when necessary. Must have a professional appearance, current driver's license and good customer service as well. EPA and HVAC certification a plus!
