TOP PAY FOR OUR FIELD!   LOOKING FOR A CAREER CHANGE?   CHECK US OUT! We are seeking Direct Support Professionals / CNA's/PCA's  to join our team! You would work 1:1 with individuals who live independently in their own homes. Advancement opportunities are possible for the right candidate who is able to demonstrate excellent work ethic and commitment . We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
6:30am-3:15pm  2 to 4 days per week.  You pick the days! Weekends or holidays are not required for this position, but available if preferred.
1pm to 5pm M-F
Various flexible daytime and evening hours  FT or PT
Every other weekend shifts
Overnight Supervision (sleep)  PT
We can combine hours to put together a schedule that works for you!
Training provided.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal planning and meal preparation
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Encourage and support leisure activities at home and in the community
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
• Complete required documentation as directed
• Support and/or provide medical needs of individuals including medication administration and medical procedures
• Must be able to work closely with individuals while demonstrating professional boundaries
​ Qualifications:
• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields especially in mental health field and/or CNA/PCA experience
• Compassionate and caring demeanor w/ the ability to work well with others as well as independently
• Ability to build rapport with clients while demonstrating professional boundaries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must pass MN Dept of Human Services Background Study
