Job purpose
This is an active sales support and training position.  Driving to New Franchise and Independent Vehicle Dealerships in a post-sale role and leading training efforts in the F&I Offices across a territory.
Duties and responsibilities
• This individual will work in dealerships within the Finance and Insurance office on program implementation, and training focused on driving increased sales to the end consumer.
• Face to face customer interaction and product demonstration
• Flexible schedule  matching our customers hours of operation inclusive of  potentially nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s license
• Computer and internet applications proficiency
Training on Guidepoint’s products and services to include:
• POS marketing through addendum and device installation on vehicles
• Sales training focused on consumer features and dealer inventory management
• Include Parts and Service Depts.
• Menu integration for F&I and sales execution through the API and the GPSi Web Interface
• Completed Customer Registration
• Forecasting and tracking inventory levels
• Communicate and track monthly / quarterly penetration goals and progress to stakeholders
• Focus on increasing sales at existing customers
• Quantify the relationship into dealer profitability
• Generating reports on dealership success
• Timely conflict resolution

Pay & Benefits
Bonuses tied to the performance of each dealership/rooftop supported , additional opportunities for growth and advancement with experience. We expect you to achieve bonuses/commissions of 25 - 60% of your salary in Year 1.
2 weeks off per year plus approved companywide holidays
