Manage virtual and physical server and storage environments
•    Perform troubleshooting for server products
•    Understands and complies with all applicable SLA’s, policies, and procedures
•    Complete other duties as assigned
•    Create effective and comprehensive documentation
•    Ability to effectively communicate with technical, business staff, and executive management
•    Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks
•    Manage one or more of the following technologies: Terminal Servers, DFS, Active Directory, Internet Information Server (IIS), Hyper V, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Microsoft Cluster Server.
•    Provides problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
•    Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
•    Provides support for the system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
The Server Repair Tech will be responsible for testing, trouble shooting, and replacement of parts on servers sent to SMS for diagnosis and repair.
Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise level in a warehouse environment
•    Must be able to work in (hot or cold) weather conditions
