Job Description Duration: FTE
Location: MN-New Brighton, Hybrid 1-2 days on site
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Learn aspects of software systems, including data structures, some configurations, and business processes as applicable to support data management in the system
Support the project team to cleanse and migrate data between business systems, including validating and completing templates as provided by the Concur implementation partner
Assist in developing data cleansing efforts to better support the initiative
Assist in the development and organization of templates for master data and transactional data migration and cleansing
Ensure solutions, configurations, and processes are sustainable and scalable
Support partnership with vendors to maintain relationships and ensure initiatives are completed in a successful manner
Other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
BS/BA in data analytics, computer science, information technology or another relevant field
Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data driven and analytically focused approach
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Strong character, ethics, commitment, and reliability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with SAP and/or Concur highly desired
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
