Sigma Inc is currently looking for Maintenance Planner
Responsibilities:
• The Maintenance Planner will perform planning and schedule building activities for the Facilities PME technicians with support from the maintenance Team Leaders and Managers.
• This scheduling activity will include assigning maintenance tasks to technicians, coordinating equipment availability with production planning personnel, and facilitating repairs by communicating with external contractor resources.
• Builds weekly technician work schedules
• Liaison between production schedulers and maintenance to coordinate equipment downtime
• Assist Team Leaders to review completed work orders for completeness.
• Contact external contractors for quoting and scheduling select corrective work.
• Reviews incoming notifications to create and assign work orders.
• Modify preventative maintenance tasks as required from maintenance leadership.
• Assist KPI data collection and report building with other area schedulers.
• In addition to the above, other assigned duties & projects deemed appropriate within the position
Requirements:
• Associates Degree or equivalent or relevant maintenance experience.
• Zero to three (0-3) years combination of education, training, and experience in one or more of the following fields: Industrial/Commercial Maintenance, SAP Plant Maintenance Module, Pharmaceutical/Biotech Operations
• Preference given to a candidate with Utility Operations/Maintenance, HVAC Operations/Maintenance, and/or Fire Systems Maintenance experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across business functions
• Problem Solving/Decision Making skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office product (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preference given to a candidate with SAP, GoTrack, and/or WorkForce experience.
