Outpatient Therapist - Full-time OR Part-time

Opportunities available in the following counties: Daviess , Henderson, Hancock, Ohio, Union, and Webster.
Job Summary: RiverValley is looking to hire passionate and motivated Therapists to serve adults, children, and families in our outpatient clinics. Therapists are responsible for providing individual, family, group, and/or IOP Therapy services in a fast-paced community heath setting. Diverse experience in mental health, substance use treatment, crisis, and trauma informed interventions is preferred, but can also be developed through collaboration and training.
Newly Licensed Therapists
RiverValley Behavioral Health is a top-notch training ground for newly licensed therapists! Here, you will be given one of the best and most comprehensive opportunities to increase your knowledge, skills, and abilities in treating a variety of consumer populations and clinical areas of practice. Through this exposure clinicians are able to develop multiple areas of clinical competencies in treating individuals with mental health, chemical or substance abuse, and/or intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses. Clinical supervision is provided at no cost to the Therapist. Multiple opportunities for increased income potential. Includes but not limited to the following KY licenses: (LPA, LPCA, CSW, LCADCA, etc)
Independently Licensed Clinical Professionals
*Additional Compensation for Independently Licensed Clinicians*
RiverValley Behavioral Health is the ideal work environment for independently licensed clinical professionals. Clinicians have a high level of autonomy. They may choose their clinical areas of practice and the consumer populations they serve. A variety of treatment modalities are accepted and focus is placed on a clinicians' areas of expertise. Mentor newly licensed clinicians. Variety of opportunities for increased income. National Health Service Corp sites in 4 counties and independently licensed clinicians are eligible for loan repayment. Includes but not limited to the following KY licenses: (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPP, LCADC, etc)
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree required in applicable behavioral health fields
• Certification and or licensure as required by the state board of the appropriate discipline to provide clinical services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Any candidates who can meet the state requirements to provide clinical services within their field will be considered.
