Customer Service Representative

With a strong reputation for quality products and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our outstanding service.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Greenwell Chisholm Printing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, assisting with orders, and providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Maintain positive and professional communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Order Management: Process orders, track production progress, and ensure timely delivery of products while keeping customers informed about the status of their projects.
3. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our printing services and products to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a printing or graphic design industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using basic office software.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related coursework is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
