Responsibilities (not all inclusive):Act in accordance and promote all safety requirements, setting an example for others to follow. Support fulfillment of all safety training and requirements.Support Crew Lead in overseeing all production, safety, and food quality efforts during the shift.Coordinate with Cell and Crew Leaders, daily production projects to meet production, changeover, sanitation standards, and employee support.Coordinate staff – SKU changes, breaks.Help train best practicesProvide feedback on employee performance (positive and constructive) to Crew Leads for documentation and communication.Help with sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food safe environment.Participate in CPS projectsSkills:To perform this job, you have knowledge of Microsoft, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and related software.Experience in SAPExperience:One to three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be certified in all kitchen and packaging positions.Travel & Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
