As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Caterpillar, you will coordinate staffing processes and work with hiring manager(s) to understand staffing needs, review/create requisitions and discuss potential sourcing strategies to deliver qualified applicants according to workforce needs. In this role, you will ensure all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices. What you will do:Deliver the most qualified candidates, build strong candidate pipelines, and monitor and manage reports to measure efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct qualitative candidate pre-screens while providing exemplary candidate experience, providing informed recommendations, and extending offers to candidates.Source candidates and evaluate resumes for jobs through internal and external tools and resources (social media, job boards, ATS and CRM etc.).Place advertisements, attend job fairs, and perform other related duties to support recruitment processes.What you have – skills and experiences: Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select and retain qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for identified positions.Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.Who you are: Basic Qualifications:At least two years of recruiting job related experience and volume hiringAbility to multi-task effectively with high attention to detail and service excellenceAbility to think critically and capable of introducing process improvementsIntermediate to expert knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office) required to perform the tasks in recruitment related applications.Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customersTop Candidates Will Also Have:Previous recruiting experience in the manufacturing industryCollege or university degree OR equivalent experienceAbility to complete tasks on time as per defined Service Level AgreementsSelf-motivated, an excellent team player with the ability to manage multiple customers.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English required. The candidate will have flexibility for some remote work, but the expectation is to be in person with your business partners the majority of each week.
